My goal at Stradt Homes is to provide you with an above quality home that offers added value for both you the individual / family and the community. Presently, I focus on new construction and remodeling existing single family homes. I'm fully licensed and insured. My Iowa license number is: C114349. One of the defining differences I have over other builders / general contractors in the area is that I actually worked in every construction trade prior to opening Stradt Homes in 2009 here in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Giving me over 21 years of experience. The Stradt family has been developing neighborhoods and building homes since 1957 in eastern Iowa, and I'm proud to continue that tradition. With that experience I'm able to apply it to your home and know how to make your dream home a reality that will last and function correctly for years to come.
