My family has lived in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area for 10 years. Currently, we reside in Marion, Iowa. I have an awesome wife and two wonderful boys, ages five and eight. My wife works as a certified veterinarian technician at a local animal hospital. Needless to say, we have pets!!! I was born and raised in Bettendorf, Iowa, and graduated from Pleasant Valley High School. After attending Iowa State University, I pursued licensing and became a REALTOR® in the State of Iowa. Currently, I enjoy membership as part of the National, Iowa, & Cedar Rapids Association of REALTORS®. My family has been helping other families in Eastern Iowa with all their real estate needs since 1952. I am the third generation of Stradts to carry on this tradition and am proud of this history.
My educational and professional background consists of three years of advertising sales and one year of marketing. I also carry four years of customer service expertise, six years of various construction trade experience, and 10 years of business ownership. In 2006 I joined the Skogman Realty team. After a year, my hard work and commitment to clients earned me recognition as the 2007 Skogman Realty Residential Real Estate Newcomer of the Year. Since I began, I have produced yearly sales in the multi-million dollar range and hope to continue or surpass this standard for many more years.
