Posted here are clients | friends of mine who where gracious enough to provide a reference. Some are on video, others are written. None of these references were scripted. I will be updating this page as I receive new references throughout the years. Adam and Kylie

Adam and Kylie lived in Ames Iowa when I met them at an open house here in Cedar Rapids. They were going to be graduating from college and moving to Cedar Rapids for work. The technology I use helped keep Adam and Kylie up to date on things here since they still lived in Ames as we searched for homes for them. This made the visits they made to Cedar Rapids a lot more productive and efficient for them. They ended up buying a very nice home that they now enjoy and are working on adding there personal touches to. I want to wish Adam and Kylie the best as Adam is currently serving in Iraq with the National Guard.

Paul and Beth

Paul and Beth lived in an apartment in Marion Iowa when I met them. They were looking to buy their first home for the family, and had some very specific criteria to follow. So we sat down and talked about what they wanted, got them financing | mortgage that fit their needs, and started looking for a home. In the end we were able to meet and exceed the criteria they wanted, and found them a great home they now enjoy.

Danielle

Danielle and I met at a home I had listed. She had bought a home out of town a little over a year ago, but now wanted to move back into town to be closer to work and friends. So we sat down and evaluated her home, and what she wanted in her new home. From there we got her home listed for sale, started looking for her next home, and acquired the appropriate financing | mortgage. We ended up getting her home sold in the first two weeks for full price. We had already found a home she liked so she bought that one. Within a month we had her old home closed, and she moved into her new one seamlessly.

Bloopers (Just For Fun)

This was something fun I decided to do, and will keep updating over time. I really appreciate the time everyone has taken to make these happen. It has been a lot of fun for me, and hopefully everyone else too. Enjoy the bloopers!

Tina and Jeff

Tina had just moved back from the west coast with her kids. I met her mom at an open house, and she passed her daughter's name along to me. We stayed in contact over a couple months while she got settled. Tina then became engaged to Jeff, and they wanted to move into a place of their own. They had a pretty large family so they needed a pretty good sized home to have everyone comfortable while staying in a tough price range. They ended up buying a home just outside of town that is perfect for them and the kids.

Brian and Melenie contacted me through my website to request me as their REALTOR®. I had met them earlier at an open house. They already had a great idea of what they wanted and had looked at a lot of homes already. We sat down to make sure everything was in line, took them out to see the homes that interested them, and bought a very nice home within a couple weeks.

Brooke

Brooke had bought a condo in Marion Iowa about a year ago when I met her. With everything that had happened to her she was pretty far upside down in the home. She was taken advantage of by a national lender which caused most of the problems, and she wanted to move south to be with her fiancé. I tired helping her sell her home for about six months by her self as best I could, but was not able to get anything accomplished. At that point we were entering the winter season, and Brooke was pretty frustrated to say the least. We sat down to talk about some other options and ended up deciding to list her condo for sale while trying to accomplish a short sale with her lender. All said and done 90 days later she was free and clear of her headaches with minimal long term consequences.

Frank and Paula

I met Frank and Paula at a house I had listed. Frank and Paula were on a tight time line since the rental home they lived in was intoxicated with mold. We sat down and took care of the paperwork and financing | mortgage. Next, we started viewing the homes they liked, and within a month and a half had them moved into their new safe home.

Jim and Sue

Jim and Sue were referred to me by my dad, who is also in real estate, from the Quad Cities. They relocated here for a job Jim took, and had a home bought within the first day they visited. Unfortunately, it took us a little longer to get them moved into the home than we wanted since we had some attorney issues to deal with to clear title from the old home to the new home. In the end we closed on time, with all the issues taken care of properly.

I met Tonya at an open house. She was getting married soon to Jim, and they wanted to move to a bigger home. The challenge was she had just bought a home a year ago, and it was a challenging home to begin with. All in all within a few months we got their home sold, and moved them into their new home seamlessly with only a few bumps along the way. They just had their first baby together in their new home too.

The criteria they had was very specific making the search fairly challenging but do able. Steve and Lu

I met Lu at an open house. She was out shopping for a home for her and her new husband, Steve. They currently lived in an apartment in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Lu had some bad experiences with a REALTOR® in her past so we spent a lot of time making sure everything was ok and how she wanted it. Being an older couple they had some pretty specific tastes which was fun. The home they bought fits them like a glove. Even though we had a few things pop up during inspections, we got them all fixed before they moved in.
